Where This Book Came From

I spent twenty-four years watching a pattern repeat itself. Young men — particularly young Black and Brown men — referred to disciplinary processes at higher rates than their peers. Placed in less rigorous academic tracks. Moved through systems that were designed to process them rather than develop them.

I was not willing to wait for a systemic transformation that might take decades. So I built a pathway. Grounded in discipline, precision, and integrity. And grounded in the FAR Framework™.
